Hi! I'm Lisa and I would love to share my favourite walk! After a workday, I find it wonderful to take a walk after dinner. This walk is enjoyable in both summer and winter! It's just a slightly different route than the usual one. Stroll through the surroundings of the Zandberg neighbourhood in the south of Breda. Along the way, you'll pass through streets lined with beautiful, stately mansions, charming shopping streets, and of course, greenery.

I live on Baronielaan, so I start my walk there. You can, of course, start at any point along the route!

This route is approximately 106 kilometres long and takes you from Breda to the fortified town of Heusden.

A lovely loop where you cross the water multiple times. You cycle through a beautiful part of Biesbosch and take the ferry to Werkendam. Rondje Pontje, for riders who are not afraid of a bit of crosswind on the open plains.

On 29th October 1944, the Second World War came to an end for Breda. On 5th May, we celebrate the freedom of the whole of the Netherlands. We have created a route of about 2.5 km along the places in the centre of Breda that commemorate the war, especially our Polish liberators.
