The artist collective Club Solo advocated for autonomy for ten years and placed the artist's work at the centre by organising solo exhibitions. On 1st January, Club Solo ceased operations, but the artists continue. Since 12th April, they have been known as 'Clublokaal'.

Clublokaal is a place that connects artists, a breeding ground where artists present contemporary art to a wide audience.

Vanaf 5 september is Clublokaal wekelijks op vrijdagen geopend als Cafélokaal! Kom langs voor een drankje, een praatje, een boek (uit de boekenkast), werk of om te studeren.
