The company has been creating games since 2012. Over the years, they have released more than ten games. Many of these games were developed during various game jams. Two games by Sassybot are available on Steam, namely ‘Winkeltje: The Little Shop’ and ‘Fragments of Him’.

The school friends Marc Peyré and Matthijs van de Laar decided to establish the company <a href="https://twirlbound.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Twirlbound</a> in 2013 while both studying Game Development. For their final school project, Pine, they asked some former classmates to further develop the game. This was a wise decision. Pine was nominated for several awards and won some, including the ‘Best Student Project’ at the Unity Awards and six awards at the Game Bakery Awards.

The duo behind the company creates funny, cute, and over-the-top games. By the end of 2023, JamPics released their first indie game called ‘Gardenbuddies’. Currently, the team is busy with the launch of their first game. The team was formed during a school project at Breda University of Applied Sciences. The idea was recognised and this motivated the team to develop a full version. The process of expanding the game can be followed via the team’s podcasts.

What started as a study project grew into an indie game studio with fifteen team members. From the <a href="https://bgameincubator.nl/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> B’GAME Incubator </a> in Breda, they work with creative freedom on their own games, supported by a strong community, coaching, and access to the industry.

What originally started as a web application company has grown into a true game development company. The two friends behind the company <a href="https://tradosoft.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Tradosoft</a> now create various games for both serious and casual players.
