Bicycle parking facilities during Carnival
During carnival, be sure to come to the city centre of Breda by bike. You can park your bike for free and securely in many places. The existing bike parking facilities have extended opening hours. In addition, the municipality of Breda provides extra mobile parking facilities.

Carnival at Bicycle Storage Nieuwstraat
Opening hours of the bicycle parking at Nieuwstraat during carnival:
- Friday 13 February: 07:00 - Sunday 15 February 04:00 hours: open continuously
- Sunday 15 February: 07:00 - 04:00 hours
- Monday 16 February: 07:00 - 04:00 hours
- Tuesday 17 February: 07:00 to 01:00 hours
Lockers
The municipality has provided 200 lockers in the bicycle parking facility on Nieuwstraat so that you can leave your belongings safely. You can rent a locker online at www.breda.nl/fietsenstallingen.

Carnival at Kraanstraat/Haven bicycle parking facility
The bicycle parking facility at Kraanstraat/Haven will be closed during Carnival.
Is your bicycle parked here and do you need it during Carnival? If so, please collect it before Thursday 12 February at 4 p.m.
Temporary bicycle parking during carnival
Pop-up parkings with supervision on:
- Friday 13 Februaru - Monday 16 February 11:00-04:00
- Tuesday 17 February: 11:00-01:00
- Prinsenkade (This car park will close at 10:30 a.m. on Monday due to the parade)
- Adriaan van Bergenstraat
Pop-up parkings with mobile supervision:
- Lawn next to MEZZ (Keizerstraat)

- Behind the StadsGalerij (Oude Vest)

Pay attention to where you park your bike!
Also during carnival, the municipality enforces strict measures against incorrectly parked bicycles. Make use of the bicycle parking mentioned above or park your bicycle correctly at the so-called staples. If you do not do this, you risk your bicycle being removed to the municipal bicycle depot.
