Learning chairs and sofas are dismantled by people with limited access to the labour market. The leather released during this process will be used to make a small bag. The bag is drawn out and cut out by hand or with a Stanley knife. You will be guided step by step on how to turn this into a bag. At the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with a beautiful finished product!
<p><br></p>PLEASE NOTE: during this workshop, only a bag made from the leather will be created. There are also other workshops at different times where you can make other items from leather.

It will be a fun morning where you work together with others. The more people, the better. So, feel free to bring someone along. Please note, there are only a limited number of places, so it’s first come, first served.

The workshop is fully catered, including coffee, tea, and delicious cake.

Old sofas and chairs that can no longer be sold unfortunately end up in the trash. It's a shame, because sometimes the sofa is covered with leather that is still very usable. In this workshop, you'll give this leather a second life by turning it into a beautiful bag!
