Theatre evening: Broos | About informal care for a child with intensive care needs
Information
What is a care-intensive child?
A care-intensive child is a child who, due to a disability, illness or other cause, requires more and longer periods of care and support than most children. This can also refer to adult children who still need intensive care and guidance.
About the performance
Broos is a musical, light and at the same time touching performance about informal care. About how you can sometimes lose yourself in caring for another, and what that does to you. The piece is inspired by conversations with mothers of a care-intensive child and shows both the beautiful and difficult sides of informal care.
Afterwards, there will be a discussion with the audience. A valuable moment to share experiences, find recognition, engage in conversation together. Or simply to listen.
