Bouldering involves climbing short, challenging routes up to about four metres high, without a harness, onto thick crash mats. It’s like solving a puzzle with your whole body: you find the right move, try it… and yes, succeeded! Everyone can join in immediately. No courses, no fuss, put on your climbing shoes, and go.The training area offers plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself further: from a crossfit rack and a quiet yoga room to an adjustable training board and an overhanging wall that pushes your limits.Movie time! After climbing, settle into the cosy café for the Christmas film. With warm drinks, craft beers, snacks, or something tasty from the kitchen, it’s the perfect place to relax.
