Bar Belle
Bar Belle is the restaurant located in the monumental monastery complex of Hotel Nassau Breda, where you can enjoy a dinner featuring dishes inspired by Italian, Spanish, and French cuisine.
From April 2026 Bar Belle opens in Breda.
Bar Belle offers dishes from countries around the Mediterranean. The menu consists of shared dining dishes and complete portions.
The kitchen is headed by Gregory Poltonoglou, a chef with experience at star restaurants in Munich and Delft. The atmosphere is between casual and fine dining, with a spacious terrace on Nieuwe Mark.
