Discover the power of herbs with Dr. Willow Moore and Luara Kamma-Moore! Learn how to help your family and friends in a safe, natural way with herbs!

In this two-part workshop, we will learn how to identify wild herbs, how to eat them, and some simple preparations for personal care and medicinal use. We will discuss the healing properties of 10 herbs for your home apothecary and how you can prepare them to support health. Inspiration will flow, and you will return home with more confidence about integrating wild plants and herbs into your life and feel more connected to your natural environment.

This course is taught in English by Dr. Willow Moore, DC, ND. She has been practising naturopathy and homeopathy for over 40 years and is a chiropractor, midwife, and naturopathic physician. Tea and some treats will be served.

When you register, you will be signing up for both 16 and 23 February. It is a two-day activity.
