Workshop - painting using the Bob Ross method

For more than 10 years, the Volksuniversiteit Breda has been offering short Bob Ross workshops. It's time for a new step with a 5-hour workshop, where you can delve even deeper into the subject and create a larger painting.

Many people still enjoy Bob Ross's TV show every day. During this thirty-minute show, he creates one painting. Just like Bob Ross, you can realise your painting dream in this workshop. Even if you have never drawn or painted before, you can, just as many before you have done, learn to paint in a short time and go home with a beautiful painting.

The Nat-op-Nat Technique® by Bob Ross is an excellent method to learn painting in a short period. You will experience how amazing this technique is; and that solely with Bob Ross materials and your commitment. This technique is called so because you apply layers of paint, specially developed for this method, onto the canvas while the oil paint is still wet. You don't need to wait for the paint to dry. With the fourteen basic colours, almost any colour can be mixed. The canvas used has two layers of primer. On top of this, you apply a base layer on which you will paint. The base layer comes in three varieties: white, black, and transparent. If you have never painted using this technique before, no problem. Instructor Gonny will guide you into the world of Bob Ross.
