Workshop 'Inner Journeying'

In this creative workshop you will undertake an inner pilgrimage. Through simple writing exercises, you will reflect on your life path, what gives you strength along the way, and the symbols that may travel with you.

St. James shell
You imagine your sources of strength on a large St. James shell; the symbol of pilgrimage. Each shell is different and bears the markings of a life's journey through the sea. These imperfections make the shell special and you can incorporate them into your painting. You take the shell home as a personal talisman.

Expression and enjoyment
You work in a small group and no experience with painting or writing is necessary. It’s not about beauty or perfection but about expressing your personal self and, of course, about having fun. The workshop is meant as a moment for yourself.
