Learn how to ferment vegetables! During the workshop, two different fermentation techniques will be covered, along with explanations about safety and why it's a good idea to do this. There will also be a deeper dive into our gut health and the incredible health benefits of fermented vegetables.&nbsp;After the workshop, you will go home with your own jar of homemade sauerkraut, recipes, and instructions.Price includes materials, coffee/tea, and lunch.
