WIJKOOR - Free singing workshop

Join a free singing workshop! WIJKOOR is a project choir that connects Bredanaars. It’s all about fun, meeting new people, and community. Everyone aged 18 and over is welcome, even without singing experience.

Curious? Come to a free, low-threshold singing workshop and get a feel for the atmosphere! The perfect way to get to know each other and discover if you want to sing in November in the biggest choir in Breda with an exciting performance at the Chassé Theatre. Participation is completely free

Upcoming workshops:

• Saturday 28 June from 15:00 to 16:00 at Nieuwe Veste (Molenstraat 6)
• Sunday 29 June from 11:00 to 12:00 at Buddy to Buddy Breda (Christiaan Huygensstraat 52)
• Friday 11 July from 16:00 to 17:00 at Buurtcamping Geeren-Noord (Bastenakenstraat 41)

You don’t have to attend all workshops, you can choose to attend just one.

After attending a workshop, will you feel inspired to sing in the final concert at the Chassé Theatre? Then register now for rehearsals on the musicaja.nl website. After registering, you will be assigned to a group based on your place of residence. Between September and November, you will attend 4 rehearsals that will prepare you for the final concert on 23 November 2025. It is mandatory to attend every rehearsal.
