Walk Guild The Barony around Vloeiweide

The Brabant Landscape owns a piece of nature near Rijsbergen covering 135 ha, called De Vloeiweide. This name originates from the water system that floods a piece of land with nutrient-rich creek or river water. This resulted in a higher hay yield. De Vloeiweide consists of woodland, small meadows, and ponds in the stream valley. It is a quiet area where you can hear many birds.
