On Sunday afternoon, 23 November, Gemengd Koor Cantabile Breda will present a atmospheric autumn concert at Podium Zandberg58. Under the direction of conductor Gabrielka Clout, the choir will perform a program full of Italian baroque music, entitled: Viva Vivaldi.Centered around two masterpieces by Antonio Vivaldi: the Magnificat and the Gloria. Additionally, the subdued and expressive Laudate Dominum omnes gentes by Antonio Lotti will be performed. So, a musical ‘Italian menu’, rich in colour and emotion.There is also space for a surprising addition: the aria Where’er you walk from Handel’s opera Semele, performed by oboist Charmian Bakker together with the instrumental ensemble.Soloists &amp; Accompaniment<ul><li>Sang Mee – soprano</li><li>Lucie van Ree – alto</li></ul>Instrumental accompaniment by an ensemble of the Symfonisch Collectief, with - Maurick Reuser on chamber organ - Charmian Bakker on oboe
