Vibrant Vienna: MusicSalon Spronk
Information
A special Music Salon is about to happen: an evening about Vienna in the 19th century, the creative global city in one of Europe's wealthiest states. Vienna was at that time the undisputed centre of classical music, with composers like Brahms, Mahler, and the Strauss family.
But not only did music flourish. Other art forms also made the city a vibrant cultural hub: think of Klimt, Jugendstil, the monumental Ringstrasse, and the many city palaces reflecting the grandeur of the Habsburg Empire.
Vienna: a city full of golden dreams, artistic innovation, and musical genius.
