Together with Velvet Music Breda, emerging talent will have the opportunity to showcase new music in an intimate setting. For this occasion, the Mezz will transform their Kleine Zaal into Velvet’s Music Café. With this second free edition: Iskander Moon!
Iskander Moon captivates with his band and his sparkling folk-pop. The singer-songwriter and virtuosic pianist enjoys heading to the big city to hone his songwriting skills. From Berlin, Göteborg to New York and Florence. He immerses himself in the local music scene and has played in numerous music cafés, impressing audiences with his tenor voice. Iskander returned home with a collection of shimmering folk-pop songs.

Iskander is inspired by artists such as Bon Iver, RY X, James Bay, and Tom Odell. His debut EP in March 2024 features the debut single ‘Saturday Silence’, which made him famous overnight: they dominated the Studio Brussel’s Afrekening for months. The last edition featured Iskander at Ik Zie U Graag and in November he returns with his honest pop songs full of catchy lyrics!
