Tin Fingers in MEZZ
Information
The Antwerp indie folk band Tin Fingers is known for a melancholic sound with an unexpected twist. Their dark, dreamy melodies evoke associations with Thom Yorke, or – as the Flemish music site Enola.be describes it – “Balthazar in a haunted house”.
In 2017, the band debuted with the No Hero EP, a collection of catchy, vintage alt-pop songs that quickly gained traction within the Belgian indie scene. With their dreamy songs and explosive, romantic live shows, they captured the stages. Singles like Boy Boy and Young Mother became radio favourites, and over the years, Tin Fingers has played at major festivals such as Pukkelpop and Rock Werchter.
In March 2026, Balconies, the band’s third album, will be released. The record was recorded over four intense days on the Greek island of Hydra and features a rougher, more energetic sound, without losing the characteristic melancholy. With this new work, Tin Fingers once again takes a clear step forward: introspective, urgent, and crafted to come alive live.
