Tikva is a form of movement and relaxation. It offers you a moment of calm. In this workshop, you will work with movements that are simple but effective. The Tikva method contributes to balance, breathing, and good blood circulation.&nbsp; During the workshop, encouraging self-confidence is central. With exercises, you will learn to discover your human value, release negative thoughts, and transform them into positive thought patterns.&nbsp;Tikva is an expression based on values from the Christian faith. Equality and respect are central. Did you know that: Tikva is the Hebrew word for hope, expectation, and faith? Tikva is a form of movement and a relaxation method focused on balance and inner confidence.
