Experience the revenge tragedy of Hamlet at Teater' 77. Discover the inner turmoil of Prince Hamlet.

Information

Theater '77 tells with 'I, Hamlet' the tragic story of Prince Hamlet of Denmark, who discovers that his father, King Hamlet, has been shockingly murdered by his brother Claudius.

As if that weren't enough, Claudius also marries Gertrude, Hamlet's mother, and crowns himself king of Denmark.

Consumed by anger and grief, Prince Hamlet plots revenge for the murder, the stolen crown, and his mother's apparent betrayal. However, he is torn by indecision, as revenge always comes at a cost.

In this personal adaptation of Shakespeare's classic, Hamlet and the other characters tell the story of this revenge tragedy in their own way, with a sharp focus on power, revenge, and the inner turmoil that drives them.
