Give yourself a moment to step away from screens and daily stresses and meet like-minded people. During the exhibition René! I’m Still Standing! the Grote Kerk Breda transforms one morning into a ‘Digital Detox Dome’, a place where you can leave your phone and calendar behind for a while, time seems to slow down, and you can focus entirely on yourself.

In the first part of the morning, there is space for silence and creative activities such as drawing, playing games, reading, or writing. Afterwards, you can engage in conversation with other participants, meet new people, and experience genuine connection.

An Offline Club event offers a digital detox that stimulates creativity, calmness, and connection. For this special event, BreData, the Grote Kerk Breda, and TURF are joining forces to organise the very first Offline Club event in Breda. Practical: you can leave your phone at home or securely leave it in the ‘phone hotel’. Wear warm and comfortable clothing and immerse yourself in a morning full of calm and inspiration.
