Subatomic Strangers is an alternative rock band that was formed in early 2020. Over the past few years, they have effortlessly conquered many stages. With soaring guitar riffs, tight basslines, and groovy drums, they open a portal to another dimension. Together with DARKER, they form a fantastic double bill tonight! After their release show for the album 'Special Satellite', things moved quickly, and they had their first UK tour. They also opened for Bazart and Oscar and the Wolf at the Sportpaleis. Over the years, there have been changes in the band. Subatomic Strangers now consists of Nicholas (guitarist), Sharon (vocalist), Jonas (bassist), and their newest member Mathijs (drummer). The song 'The Edge' was released last year and is part of their new album.
Out of the shadows of the pandemic emerged DARKER: a dark, romantic, and melancholic trio that composes the soundtrack for a world on the brink of oblivion. Driven by synths, drum machines, and raw emotion, Jeps, Evilien, and Valerio weave hope, yearning, and fear into hypnotic electronic ballads. This year, the 'Memento Remixed' album will be released, darker and more immersive than ever.
