Spaanse Kraag x MEZZ

Experience an evening filled with powerful music and absurdist acts at MEZZ with Noire Antidote, La Jungle and KLAKMATRAK.

Information

It will be a while until Spanish Kraag once again brings raw sounds during Breda Barst, so Spanish Kraag and MEZZ present an evening full of heavy music, absurdist acts, and good vibes.

Featuring Noire Antidote, La Jungle and KLAKMATRAK.

Noire Antidote delivers a unique electronic sound with their industrial/witch house style. With heavy bass and industrial beats, the band creates a dark, hypnotic atmosphere. With two albums and performances around the world, Noire Antidote has carved out its place in the underground scene.

A six-string guitar, a Casio keyboard, a looping station, and a drum kit are all the Belgian guys from La Jungle need for their frantic mix of punk, thrash, trance, and techno.

Where drummer Reggie completely dismantles his drum kit, Jim unleashes trance-like patterns and heavy sound walls with his guitar, voice, and looping station. Sometimes subtle, sometimes over the top, but always danceable as heavy techno.

La Jungle is litres of sweat, volumes of decibels, and without any pretension. Rock returns to its primitive and ancient core.

KLAKMATRAK
Brent Vanneste is a lover of hard and emotional music and prefers to combine these in his techno tracks. Brent's atmospheric techno ranges from downtempo ambient to acidcore and psy-trance influences, including very high BPMs in skull- and heart-wrenching tracks that flirt with core and tekno.

Together with his friend Dreeten Van Maris, he brings even more chaos and higher BPMs in KLAKMATRAK. They combine gabber, frenchcore, speedcore, industrial noise, hardcore, punk, disco into their own abstract sound. The live shows are energetic and chaotic; someone described it as yoga for the brain.
