Robin Borneman in MEZZ

Robin Borneman is a Dutch singer, producer, and storyteller. His music is full of meaning and poetry, and he combines styles such as folk, blues, americana, and classical film music into his unique, cinematic sound. Inspired by artists like Tom Waits, Johnny Cash, and Bob Dylan, Robin Borneman started performing in the Dutch singer-songwriter scene as a teenager. By the time he turned 25, he had already released five albums. His sixth album 'Home' became a great success and reached the top of the charts. His international breakthrough came when he was discovered on YouTube by Paul O’Neill, founder of the American band Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO). O’Neill was so impressed by Robin's voice that he offered him a permanent place in the band. Since then, Robin has been touring annually with TSO and performing for millions of people in the US, Canada, and Europe. In 2021, Robin won the Dutch television show 'We Want More', making him known to a wider audience.
