Resilience in color: the spirituality of Chagall

During this lecture, concepts such as peace, love, and tolerance are central. Herman Teerhöfer shares a personal story because he is friends with the priest who ensured that the stained glass windows by Marc Chagall are visible in the Stephanskirche in Mainz. In particular, stained glass windows in the Stephanskirche in Mainz are showcased. 

This last work by Marc Chagall symbolizes peace between France and Germany, reconciliation among people, and dialogue between Judaism and Christianity. Additionally, about twenty paintings from Chagall's long career are displayed.
