The vocals and musical styles of Robin and Kim, together with Remy, create an atmosphere where the harp is central to a modern, band-oriented setting. With influences from artists like Portishead, Massive Attack, Bon Iver and Radiohead, each show is different.
 
After years of performing around the world and millions of streams with his genre-defying music, he now presents his most personal work to date: ‘Leave What You Know’.

This new album, which he has worked on for seven years, pushes Remy’s boundaries once again. It marks a shift from classical to pop. For the first time, he writes his own lyrics and collaborates with vocalists such as Robin Kester, Kim Janssen, Pitou, and Marcel Veenendaal.

The harp remains the heart of his music, but is now accompanied by guitar, drums, electronics, and ten vocalists (including Remy himself) in a bold fusion of styles. ‘Leave What You Know’ is about having the courage to let go, embracing the unknown, and continually reinventing yourself. This is Remy van Kesteren like you’ve never heard him before—vulnerable, innovative and stronger than ever. Ticket sales start on 8 March 2025!

Harpist and producer Remy van Kesteren is heading back to the clubs after a sold-out concert series at De Parade, accompanied by a full band with significant roles for singer-songwriters Robin Kester and Kim Janssen (Cape Sleep).
