<p>Silvia shares in an accessible way what touch does to your body and emotions – with yourself and others. Expect small demonstrations, space for questions, and recognition.</p><ul><li>You will begin with an exercise to focus your attention inward. From that silence and softness, you will learn how to lovingly massage each other’s hands. You will also make your own aromatic hand cream.</li><li>A healthy lunch in hostel-style will be served around midday – simple, warm, and thoughtfully prepared.</li><li>In the afternoon, there will be short duo exercises where you experience what attention without words can do: holding hands, listening with your body, being present with each other. Afterwards, a grounding exercise such as a short barefoot walk will be included, and you'll learn a gentle, accessible foot massage that deepens relaxation and trust.</li><li>As a closure, you’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, insights, and small discoveries.</li></ul><p>You will go home with your homemade cream, inspiration, and simple tips to continue practicing at home. For example, with your partner, your mother, or someone who can benefit from your sincere attention.</p>
