Paul Elstak, born on 14 January 1966, is a pioneering DJ and producer who is regarded as one of the founders of hardcore and gabber music. With a career spanning decades, he has played a crucial role in shaping Dutch dance culture and making hardcore known worldwide. 

Elstak is known for his energetic performances and distinctive sound, continuing to connect generations of ravers through raw power and emotion. Throughout his prolific career, Paul Elstak has delivered a series of iconic tracks that have left a lasting mark on the history of electronic music. Classics such as “Life Is Like A Dance”, “Luv U More”, “Rainbow in the Sky”, “Promised Land”, “Turbo”, “Kind van De Duivel” and ‘Engeltje’ remain anthems within the hardcore and gabber scene.
