Monkey bars, the well-known version of tag where you cannot touch the ground, is the ideal combination of sport and play, and no longer just for primary school kids.Each ApenkooiGym lesson consists of a warm-up, a main game and an end game that will have you bouncing around the hall. Sometimes it's classic Apenkooien, other times it's games like James Bond, the Great Water Spectacle, Brazilian Football or, of course, one of the many variants of dodgeball.They offer regular Apenkooien lessons for adults, organise outings for companies and private groups, and also appear at festivals and events.
