New Wave Party at Café Rebel Yell
An evening full of music including The Cure to take a trip back to the 80s!
Information
In 2027 it will be 50 years since The Cure was formed. Originally, the band was called The Easy Cure. In 1978, that became The Cure. That year they released their debut single “Killing an Arab”. With Boys Don’t Cry released in 1979, they achieved great success. The big breakthrough came in 1980 with the album Seventeen Seconds. The track A Forest on this album became a world hit. After that, The Cure released dozens of albums and singles. The Cure is still one of the best New Wave bands and continues to fill stadiums and festivals worldwide. For Café Rebel Yell Breda, this was enough reason to play many songs by The Cure in this edition of the New Wave Party.
