For the first time since Clingendael has been conducting an annual survey on how the Dutch view international developments, the entire top 5 consists of concerns about external threats. What does this mean for Dutch people personally and how should the Netherlands respond in its relations with other countries?

In the run-up to the Tweede Kamer elections, in which the focus often turns inward again, we concentrate on what the threats in the world mean for our security and how the Netherlands deals with them.
