Nature Walk: Galderseheide

How often do you come to the Galderseheide? How often do you go there with a guide? Together with Gilde de Baronie, you will discover how beautiful it is here! You will learn to see your own surroundings in a different way. If you love nature, you will enjoy it to the fullest. 

In 1.5 to 2 hours, you will explore the surroundings of the Galderseheide with a small group of walkers. Nature guide Marijke will tell you more about the stunning purple heather in bloom. She will also share more about the biodiversity in the area. What kinds of animals and plants live here? From the different types of heath to the birds flying around. Prepare to be surprised! Everyone who wants to get to know Gilde de Baronie and enjoys walking in nature. Children aged 12 and older are also very welcome. 

What do you need? Comfortable (hiking) shoes, casual clothing, a bottle of water, binoculars (optional).

Note: It is important that you have a mobile phone. During the walk, we will also be walking on unpaved paths. This means the walk is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with a rollator.
