On the occasion of the 134th birthday of General Stanisław Maczek, the Maczek Memorial invites you to a special evening with music from the pre-war era, featuring songs from Lwów in Poland and stories about the famous radio show Wesoła Lwowska Fala.&nbsp;In December 1944, shortly after the liberation of Breda, these popular artists performed for the Polish soldiers of General Maczek, bringing music, humor, and hope after the hardships of war.&nbsp;During this evening, a violin concerto inspired by songs from pre-war Lwów will be performed by the Polish violinist Ewa Pepper. An evening filled with music, history, and memories of the world that General Maczek’s soldiers carried with them.
