Meatbodies in Phoenix

Warm fuzz-driven riffs soaked in 1960s psychedelia. The band from Los Angeles is the brainchild of Chad Ubovich and beloved by fans of Ty Segall, Osees, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and The Brian Jonestown Massacre. They are coming to Phoenix this year! 

Ubovich is, alongside frontman of Meatbodies, also a guitarist for Ty Segall and bassist in Fuzz. With Meatbodies, he creates a sound reminiscent of rock from the ’60s and ’70s filtered through a modern lens. 

Their most recent album ‘Flora Ocean Tiger Bloom’ explores themes of love, loss, escapism, defeatism, hedonism, and psychedelics.
