The band emerged from the jazz-pop formation Blue Rondo à la Turk and became popular in the 1980s with hits such as ‘Whose Side Are You On?’ and ‘More Than I Can Bear’. Their music, a unique blend of jazz, bossa nova, and pop, gave them a distinctive sound that remained both timeless and innovative.
