Lintjesregen, awarding of procession numbers & presentation of the Kontklopper!

An enjoyable evening for all Kielegatters, but especially for the participants in the Grote Optocht. The parade committee will be distributing the start numbers for the Grote Optocht of ut Kielegat this evening! Furthermore, the Press & Promotion committee will officially present the first edition of the Kontklopper to the Prince of ut Kielegat.

Attendees can exclusively receive the carnival newspaper during the evening; Stichting Kielegat requests a voluntary donation in support of Breda carnival. This is one day earlier than the official sale begins.

Besides announcing the participant numbers, this evening, as tradition, the Kielegatse Plak will be awarded to a person within a carnival association who has made a special contribution to their/our association or to carnival in general. This special distinction will be personally bestowed by the Prince.

An evening full of traditions, always one big celebration!
