Lievense Live XL: Soul Survivors

Soul Survivors is a young Amsterdam-based band with an old soul. The group has immersed itself in soul, rhythm & blues by mastering all the old soul numbers they love. 

With a setlist full of soul gems, they quickly built a reputation in the Amsterdam live circuit. The band then used this musical suitcase to write powerful original songs. Soul Survivors delivered spectacular performances across many Dutch clubs and festivals last season, including:

• Jazz by the Sea Domburg
• Keifestival Lichtenvoorde

The band has also established itself in Germany within a short period, with a growing fan base and performances at venues such as:

• Festivals like Spring Jam Kaldenkirchen

After releasing a 7” 45 RPM vinyl in 2023, the debut album The Road Ahead has now been released, featuring ten soulful tracks. The compositions are rooted in the classics of the 60s and 70s from Motown and Stax, but they also have a modern soul vibe.
