Lievense Live: Liquid Desert, Wacky Tobacky & Black Liver

On Friday, 3rd October, café Lievense will treat you to no fewer than 3 fantastic rock bands! Liquid Desert kicks off the evening at 8:00 PM. The band came together at a band night in Alkmaar. Cas (drummer) and Duncan (bassist) were looking for another musician to form a band with. That’s when Zilt (guitarist and vocalist) came into the picture. Since January 2024, they have been truly making music together and enjoy it greatly, and they want to share this enthusiasm with the people coming to watch! Wacky Tobacky is the second band at 9:00 PM for this exceptionally cool Friday evening. This three-piece band from Alkmaar plays desert rock as it should sound; gritty, psychedelic, and hard! Last but not least: Black Liver at 10:00 PM. Black Liver is a young and hungry stoner/sludge metal band from North Holland. Between recording sessions, they often find time to play live, which they do with great passion and energy. They draw inspiration from bands like Red Fang, Mastodon, and Down. Admission is free.
