Lievense Live: Gods of Grunge (Jar of Dirt & Piece of Pie)

This Sunday, Café Lievense will be entirely dedicated to the iconic Seattle sound. Two bands will bring the timeless grunge energy to life with a unique mix of acoustic emotion and raw rock power.

At 4:00 PM – Jar of Dirt
Jar of Dirt consists of experienced musicians from Oss and performs the full acoustic MTV Unplugged session of Alice in Chains. With songs like Rooster, Nutshell and No Excuses they authentically convey the raw emotion and musical depth of this legendary band on stage.

At 5:30 PM – Piece of Pie
Piece of Pie is a powerful grunge quartet that revives the energy of the 90s. Inspired by bands such as Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Bush, Silverchair and Alice in Chains, they deliver an electrifying show full of screaming guitars, pounding drums and intense vocals. Lead singer Arno van der Borst knows how to strike right at the heart with his voice.
