Lievense Live: Alex and the Rhythmss

Alex and the Rhythms is an energetic country and rock ’n’ roll band around frontman Alex Gabeler. What started as a group of friends making music in a café in the heart of Breda quickly grew into a band ready for the next step.

With a shared passion for live music, they deliver a mix of timeless classics and sing-alongs. Influences from greats like Johnny Cash, Chuck Berry, and Elvis Presley are clearly audible, while songs by The Beatles, CCR, and Guus Meeuwis also effortlessly fit into the set.

In December 2024, Alex appeared on the SBS6 programme 3 Minutes of Fame, a proud milestone in the band’s musical journey.
