Our guts are full of billions of bacteria that not only influence our health but also our poop. And vice versa! Nienke shows in a light-hearted, understandable AND hilarious way how to keep your gut flora happy – and what that does for your body, your mind, and your toilet visits.

As a gut flora and nutrition expert, Nienke knows everything about the science of bowel movements. Her lectures are packed with poop facts, practical tips, and a healthy dose of humor. Not dry content, but an entertaining evening where you learn with pleasure about what happens in your belly (and toilet bowl).
