CUSTOMER JOURNEY guides newcomers in Breda through their integration: from housing and financial relief to language and culture lessons, social support, and buddy programs.
Information
The film shows what an integration process demands from both newcomers and their mentors. An observational and sometimes humorous documentary that provides a sharp picture of a system where rules and bureaucracy clash with everyday reality and the determination of the people involved.
The film was made by the Breda-based filmmaker Ton van Zantvoort and was completely filmed in Breda. KLANTREIS premiered at the Movies That Matter Festival and is now playing nationwide in over 40 cinemas. In Breda, the film is exclusively showing at Chassé Theater.
Premiere programme on 17 April:
- 6:30 pm: Doors open
- 7:00 pm: Opening by Tweede Kamer member Esmah Lahlah and Provincial Deputy Bas Maes of North Brabant
- 7:15 pm: Start of the film
- 8:45 pm: Thank you speech
- 9:00 pm: Reception
The film will continue to run in Breda for an extended period. Other dates will be announced later.
