Kingsday in Ulvenhout

Kingsday in Ulvenhout kicks off at 09:00 with the raising of the flag at the Pekhoeve grounds. After the flag is raised, decorated bicycles from residents and Harmonie Constantia will lead a parade through the village. You can get ready with your decorated bike at 08:45 to join in. 

In Ulvenhout, Kingsday is particularly focused on children. Throughout the day, various activities are held for children.

• The Children's Games start after the awards ceremony for the best-decorated bike. Groups 1 and 2 will kick things off, and throughout the day, the primary school classes will participate. 
• Between 14:00 and 16:30, there will be a rummage sale for children. Here, children can sell their old toys and belongings. Only if you are a child can you participate in the market with a stall. This is free, just like the entrance to the rummage sale.
• Additionally, at 14:30 there will be a pétanque tournament at the Pekhoeve for adults, while a separate tournament for teenagers will take place at the same time
• The draw for the orange lottery will take place at 15:00 at the Pekhoeve.
