Judy Blank is a Dutch indie singer-songwriter who quickly wins hearts with her genre-spanning sound and sharp lyrics, both in Europe and the USA. Inspired by American folk, sixties pop, and eighties synths, she creates quirky worlds where nostalgia and the unexpected meet.
Her EP ‘Lil Mood’ sounds like a colourful film you are allowed to fly through for a moment, full of melancholy and playful twists. Judy’s music is heartfelt, featuring honest songs about love, mental health, and growing up in a chaotic world.
After her breakthrough in Europe, Judy Blank moved to Nashville, where she recorded her debut album ‘Morning Sun’ and received international recognition, including from Elton John. She made history as the first Dutch artist at AmericanaFest, toured with artists such as Noah Kahan and SUSTO, and played at Willie Nelson’s Luck Reunion.
She is now signed to Rounder Records and with her new work, including the single ‘Dinosaurs’, she takes a fresh, bold step in her musical journey.
