You have the chance to see grazing roe deer in the evening twilight. The guides are teaming up with the guides from IVN Dintel- en Marklanden. Together, they will tell you more about the history from the Stone Age to the present day, the importance of this area within Natuur Netwerk Nederland (NNN), and the story behind the name “Vloeiweide”. The group will also pass along beautiful avenues, hedgerows, fens, and ponds that greatly influence the local biodiversity. There are typical meadows of 7 hectares from 1670. Also special: the foundations of the forest rangers’ house and the story behind the monument commemorating the Vloeiweide drama at the end of the Second World War, early October 1944.
This evening walk offers a unique combination of nature and cultural history. 
Registration is possible up to the day of the walk.

On Saturday 13 September, the nature guides of IVN Mark & Donge, in collaboration with IVN Dintel- en Marklanden, will organise a walk in the early evening. It's something different from wandering through the nature reserve De Vloeiweide during the day, an area owned by Brabants Landschap.
