What can you expect?
Culinary journalist and restaurant critic Joël Broekaert will conduct an interactive tasting session where he demonstrates how tasting works and why smell plays an important role in flavour.

Hans Steenbergen, trend watcher, journalist, and co-founder of Food Inspiration, will deliver an in-depth presentation on the future of hospitality and guest experience, focusing on technology, new concepts, and various generations.

Finally, there will be a panel discussion with inspiring entrepreneurs.
