On Saturday 8th November at 15:00 in the Bühne, Breda honours its own photographer Henk Werschkull (1897–1987) with a special presentation of his work – a tribute to the city, the light, and the time.

Throughout the previous century, he captured everyday life in Breda with unmatched sensitivity. His photographs are poetry of street scenes in silver and shadow; Henk saw what others overlooked.
