Ghostlight (Previously Unreleased) at Chassé Cinema

In this lived-in portrait of an American family, numerous emotional issues need to be resolved. Father Dan accidentally gets involved with an amateur theatre group, and gradually the theatre becomes a reflection of Dan's life offstage.

This film is part of the 'Previously Unreleased' series. Although these films were shown at prominent festivals both domestically and internationally, they did not make it into Dutch cinemas. This is unfortunate, and therefore this summer a special selection of films from international festivals will be screened at Chassé Cinema.

Chassé Cinema is collaborating with EYE Filmmuseum on this event. The other films and dates are:
