Getting to Know Walking-Fitness

During this workshop, you will discover Wandel-Fitness. A surprisingly enjoyable combination. Guided by a certified trainer, you will take a brisk walk. You will alternate walking with fun and accessible exercises. Think of muscle- and bone-strengthening exercises, balance and coordination drills, and other active challenges that suit your level!
Wandel-Fitness is a great way to keep active, meet new people, and at the same time work on your fitness and vitality. It takes into account everyone's level, making the activity accessible for both beginners and experienced walkers. A cheerful and sporty outdoor activity where fun, health, and socialising are at the centre!
Who can join?
Anyone who enjoys walking, wants to stay active, or wants to get to know Breda Gym. You do not need to be an experienced sports person; the exercises will be adjusted to the group.
Tip: Come along cheerfully with a friend, family member, or colleague.
