Getting to know Handball

_throwing, catching, moving: during this introduction, you'll get to know handball! Through various exercises and game formats, you'll discover how versatile and dynamic the sport is. Sporty or not, if you're curious about handball, you can join in. 
Experience is not necessary, and the activities will be adapted to the group's level. Guaranteed fun! It promises to be an active and enjoyable activity where moving, collaboration, and socialising are central. 

Who can participate? Anyone who would like to get to know HV United and is curious about handball. Whether you already have experience with sport or just want to try something new, you're very welcome. 

Tip: Come along happily with a friend, family member, or colleague.
